What is on your Wednesday Menu RNYers?
I have a couple of bags in my pantry that I haven't opened. It's good, but the calories are high. Basically cheese made crunchy. I find that if I need a snack, I would rather have regular cheese. It is the same, if not better, nut profile and it is more filling. It works, though, if you absolutely need something crunchy. Otherwise, I recommend cutting out the middle man and just eating a cube of cheese.

Good Morning Gang!
QOTD: My favorite was Kick the Can! Especially after dark. We also had neighborhood Pet shows, Parades, and Carnivals at which I was always the "Fortune Teller".
Yesterday I ate: a protein drink, an enchilada, a Clif protein bar, a Weigh****cher's enchilada meal, some toppings off a pizza and a Power protein bar.
Have a super day everyone!

Good morning new WLS fam!
Getting back on track feels so good! My sugar intake was out of control and as a result my hormones were getting messed up (PCOS), not to mention the bloating and weight gain. It's nice to feel things evening out and to wake up down a pound!
QOTD: Because i'my in AZ our favorite summer "games" were laying inside under the AC vent or my favorite, running through the sprinkler! We recently bought our first family home and finally have a backyard! Getting a sprinkler is high on my list so my kids can experience the very simple joy of running through the sprinkler.
? 5+ years out ?
Ok so today....
B: Protein shake with Chia seeds
S: Turkey and cheese roll ups
L: Pizza peppers (my new fav)
S: Apple with PB
D: Spaghetti for the family. I usually do zoodles, but I forgot to pick up a zucchini. I think I'll have a pepper with meat sauce.
V: Done
Exercise: Not sure yet. I slept through my 4am alarm so no gym. I'm hoping to buy an exercise bike today. Either way I plan to do 30 minutes of cardio.
