Stalls and exercise

First I think it is awesome that you are goingto the gym. It is good for your psyche, and your cardiovascular system. It will hopefully be good for you socially.
Also, EVERYONE's wieght loss journey is different. They really are. I am including my chart. I didnt have stalls, but my rate of weight loss really changed from week to week. As I neared my final weight, the rate was lots slower AND I even had a few bumps up AND stalls.
Dont use these data to compare us. Use it to recognize there will be times when you are losing fast (Like look at the first 3 weeks after surgery it is almost straight down!) and times when you are losing slow. The
slope of the line will tell you if it is a fast drop or a slow one.
