What's On Your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
Non of that would be allowed in my OCD fridge. As a clean serial killer I would keep my trophies in a separate fridge. Do you not know me at all????

Good Morning! Most nights my ritual is to let my head hit the pillow and I am out. I get up way early so I go to bed pretty early too so it's not weird for Emily to tuck me in to bed before she heads to bed. Have you tried any of the sleepytime teas?
QOTD: I would like to think I could do either if I needed to but haven't been trained on either. Something to add to my to-do list.

I'm so jealous that you fall asleep so easily! Even when I'm exhausted it takes me far longer to fall asleep than I would like!
High five on that protein number! I need to get you to plan my menu and grocery list!

Good morning everyone,
AV, I feel your pain about the sleep thing. I've slept good for the last two nights, but it's a crap shoot. I've been struggling with insomnia since surgery. And then getting your food eaten? Dang them.
Qotd: in a pinch I could do both. When my two oldest kids were little, my son (2yo) decided to share his jelly beans with his sister (2 months old). She was lying on the living room floor and I was in the bathroom. She was crying and then suddenly she stopped. My first thought was relief that maybe she'd gone to sleep, and then some mama instinct kicked in. I went running out there and she was turning blue. I pulled some jelly beans out of her mouth and whammed that baby over and did the infant heimlich until the jelly bean popped out. It was just instinctual. Scary even now to think about.
My food for today:
B protein shake, coffee with cream
L turkey cheese rollups, coleslaw
D roast beef, green beans
S Chobani 100 yogurt, beef jerky, pepper jack cheese
Calories 811 Carbs 46 Protein 98
Have a great day everyone's!
