Good morning! AV, would identifying one shelf in the fridge as 'yours' (like roommates do) work with your family? If not, I think you can get locking containers for the fridge, or get a fridge of your own. Good luck!
QOTD: I was CPR and first aid certified about 20 years ago, but let it lapse. First I would call 911, then I could perform CPR on an adult or child in an emergency; I would be scared to perform it on an infant (but would if there was no other choice). I've never learned the Heimlich maneuver, but could probably do it if adrenaline-fuelled. The first aid has come in handy a couple of times, but I've never had to use CPR.
Heat warnings have been issued again for the next couple of days, so I will be keeping cool inside. It is frustrating to spend so much time indoors when the sun is shining!
B: last of the roast beef and a little ham
L: 2 eggs, avocado and cherry tomatoes
D: ham
S: watermelon, small apple, laughing cow cheese

Morning all! I'm in my PJs and my kiddo is running around naked as a jay bird. He has already earned one sticker for his potty training poster this morning. He's at the stage where he starts peeing a little before he realizes he has to go, so I have the resolve and paper towel handy this morning. I was planning on maybe going to the local splash park, because its supposed to be 95 and sunny all day, but that seems like so much work, ya know? I'm now considering just staying in the air and getting some housework done. Maybe fill the baby pool and hang out in the back yard reading the book I got from the library yesterday. It's an old Anne McCaffrey book. I haven't read one of her books since I read the Dragonriders of Pern books years ago.
as for your QOTD, I have never been trained in either CPR or the Heimlich, but I think that in a bind I would attempt both, since we've all seen it so often that I"m sure I could get the basics down.
