QOTD - I am trained in both and have never had to use my training!
Time since surgery - 20 months
B - Protein Bar
MS - Danon light and fit greek yogurt and Peanuts
L - Chicken salad on a sandwhich thin, and mini cukes
AS - Cheese stick
Dinner - 90/10 burger on grill ( no bun) with tomato slice and mini cukes.
Pre gym snack - protein bar
Exercise - 90 minutes at the gym, 30 minutes cardio, 60 minutes weight training, tonight is shoulders, back and abs.
Totals = Calories - 1346 , Protein - 111, Carbs - 77
