NSV's and SV's~ post them here!
Met my oldest son for lunch yesterday. He is a 25 yo tech geek who works for a video game company (Blizzard) doing tech support in game and loves anything gaming related. He was NUTS about this new Pokemon GO phone app and couldn't stop talking about it. He got me to download it and was telling me how it works. Well, when we were done eating I asked if he wanted to walk to the cell phone store we were planning to go to. It was only about a mile and for the Pokemon GO game you have to physically walk in order to 'find' the creatures you are trying to catch. Walking would give us a chance to play his new game together. He looked at me and smiled the biggest smile and said, "Wow you really are different since you lost weight." He knew there was zero percent chance I would have wanted to walk a mile in the hottest part of a 100 degree Texas summer day before. It was a beautiful walk and I didn't even break a sweat. NSV ahoy!

PS: Pokemon GO is a pretty cool way to get yourself active and out the door for a walk. I'm going to try to get my Guy to play so we can go 'hunting' around our neighborhood for walks together.
