L:  Leftover goulash i would call it, ground turkey, shreded zucchini, onions  & cheese (leftover from making stuffed zucchini on Saturday)

Good morning everyone! I had a great weekend, Sat we mainly just vegged out and Sunday we went to my son's basketball games. He scored 18 points in the 2nd one, it's so fun to watch him play.

AV: I would be livid about the camp. So much so that I probably would do zero leg work for the next one. But I'm "hard nuts" like that about some things. The money and the time invested...ugh.

QOTD: I'm early. Almost exclusively. I blame this on my husband who is obsessively compulsively (JK) early. He drags the rest of us along in his wake. It's really funny to see how the kids will be though....it's a good mix.

B-irish tea w/creamer, triple zero yogurt

S- cheddar cheese stick

L- diced chicken, salsa, cojita, avocado, greek yogurt

S- premier protein shake

D- Mexican chicken burger with cheddar (probably 2/3 of it)

Totals: Cals-804, protein-94, carbs- 31, fat-34

Oh, I feel your pain AV! I would have been super annoyed that they didn't go after all the time and money was invested in it. Go ahead and rage shop... Lol.

We had to get our AF repaired this weekend. First time it's broken down in 12 years-- mind you we've never even had preventive maintenance on it. $275 later and it fixed-- money well worth it IMO. Guess we should start doing regular PM now...

Today is a great day cause I'm off. We're going to six flags great adventure. My first amusement park trip post op.  I'm not a fan of coasters, but I have a feeling I'll be cajoled into riding at least 1.

Qotd- I'm an early to on time person. Lateness aggravates the crap out of me. As an HR person who has to enforce lateness policies-- I'd rather everyone adopt my attitude and save me extra work.

time since surgery: 14+ months

m1: 1/2c egg beater and 4oz pork chop (I'm beefing up my protein early for the activity we're facing today)

m2-3: we're packing lunch to bring to the park- they will do hoagies. I'm going to pack snack type things, yogurt, cheese, cashews, a boiled egg.

M4: ??

Uggghh, I tried roller coasters a few years before surgery and realized I hated them.  I don't think it had anything to do with my weight, because it was a wooden coaster that I fit in fine.  But I just don't like going that fast, it does a job on my anxiety.  Who knows, maybe I'll get over it and try again now that I"m down 100+ pounds, but meh.

Make sure to let us know how you liked it.

I have only been on kiddie roller coasters....I HATE roller coasters....yet I was still convinced to try the new one at a park we went to.  The second that bar locked into place I regretted my decision!  My husband bought the damn picture of me clutching the bar for dear life and looking TERRIFIED.

Good Morning! It is a Monday, my "Monday" seems to always start on Sunday evening when I start getting texts or calls that someone won't be in. I will be skipping out early to head to the dreaded "ladies annual" dr appt.

You will have to keep us updated on why they backed out on camp, crazy! And, I totally would want to know about the refund too!! My weekend was pretty good, we went to some outlet stores in Gilroy on Saturday but really only bought some back to school stuff for Em.

QOTD: I am an early person without a doubt. I get anxious if I feel I am going to be late to anything.

You're right, I had a few of those caramel apple pie yogurts in the Fall...lies all lies LOL :)
