I have been feeling the same way. Someone told me to get my blood work done.

Sorry about the fatigue. It would be nice to have your other iron numbers, but if your ferritin is 161, yhey should be ok. And I wouldn't consider a B12 of 940 to be too high, not by a long shot. I'm happy with mine at 1500 or so.

Your B-12 doesn't sound too high for an RNYer... many like me find they feel better when it is on the high side. Mine is 1100. When it was lower like 400-500 and normal I was having symptoms....

Just wanted to thank you and Grim for saying this... yet again the STUPID NP at my centre told me that my B12 was "High" and I needed to cut back, my B12 is 445 and my Ferritin is 4 and she only thinks the Ferritin is "low" and the B12 is "high".

I am seriously thinking of writing a letter to the Centre and asking if they got their degree's from a box of Fruit Loops or something.

I am so upset with my centre, its like they are looking at those numbers for Non WLS patient.

THANK GOD I have all of you to help me, I would have believed her that a Ferritin of 4 was "low" but okay and believed her that a B12 of 445 was "high" and cut back yet you and Grim keep yours above a 1000!  How are we supposed to trust out centre's with the right info?

Thanks for your help, guidance and always appreciated info!!!

Morning everyone!  YAY for the Goodwill score AV!  That sounds awesome!  I have yet to have found a good Goodwill here, but I do find excellent scores at Winners or Marshalls, very good prices and now that I can buy off the rack its so easy peasy!

Sorry to hear about the Scout trip. I think I would be upset too, mostly because of the money you had to put out, I hope you get a refund and the no apparent valid reason for not going??  But now you have your son home and no threat of him meeting a bear right LOL

QOTD: Depends on where I am going... work I am always on time unless there is a major traffic problem or a subway train car malfunction. Going to something special like a wedding, a baby shower, a play, a baseball game, always on time or a bit early. Going to my parents house for a bbq, always late.  So I am both, its very weird and drives my Mom nuts I can never to on time to her house.

Had a great busy weekend!  Here is a pic of my dinner last night. Tried the Chicken Mozzarella Red Pepper sausages, they were AWESOME. I had a little side salad with it as well.  And I got my hair cut & coloured on Friday after work, this is my hairdresser's cat (she works out of her home), Cat's name is Stella, she is a very very cuddly kitty. She is so sweet and I love her to bits!

I am always late going to my moms house. I think it is because I usually don't want to go.
