What's On Your Monday Menu, RNYers?

Early for everything. Always.
Yep, I'll rub it in...awesome weekend.!!! My only wish was for temps in a normal summer range. The news reported that it was warmer on Christmas Day than it was on Saturday in Maine!
Here we are trying on hats in LLBEAN. Why? Because, hats!
I'm trying a new thing with the meal planning: I'm going to set alarms like I'm a newbie and really try to eat small meals in on a timed 3 hour schedule again. Here is today's attempt--which is weak because I haven't gone grocery shopping and have no fresh food in the house!
5am: Fit Frappe Mocha with Decaf
8am: Mint Choc Balance Protein Bar
11am: Oikos TripleZero Greek yogurt with Mint Choc Protein Powder
2pm: Mr. Cheese Os
5pm: 1 Salami and Cheese roll up
8pm: 1/8c almonds
Oh, and inspired by Karen and Cynthia's total honesty, my weight today is 116--maintenance omfort range is 113 -118. So not bad but could be better.

No no no, of course you aren't! I felt the same way after revision from the band. I revised because eating hurt--they fixed it, so it doesn't hurt--therefore it's so much easier to eat more... But it's easier to eat the right foods now, not just more food. So once you are back on the dense proteins I'm sure you'll feel the difference :)

you both look good in hats, some people are just hat people and can wear anything. Love this pic!!
Good idea on the setting alarms like a newbie and eating every 3 hours, cant hurt, we all did it once as newbies so why not!
All you eat for dinner is 1 salami & cheese roll up? wow that is awesome, I think I would eat 3 or 4 for a dinner?
ummmm 116 is awesome girl! Keep up the great work!

Good morning, all. Well I'm firmly into week 2 as an RNY'er. It seems to be going well. . . Too well, maybe. I don't seem to have any problem getting anything in. My full liquids are going down with ease. I mean I could actually eat almost a full container of light and fit. I know I sound like a total newbie, but that shouldn't be happening, right? Im so concerned I'm eating too much, ugh.
KQOTD: I am typically somewhere between early or right on time. Running late drives me crazy. I think it has something to do with being a lawyer; being late to court has serious consequences. So, I think it has carried over to my daily life
Here's my food:
B: protein shake, latte with 4 oz fair life milk
L: tortilla soup
D: soup, type to be determined
S: protein shake, light and fit, various sugar free Popsicles
totals: Who knows. Yesterday's menu which was similar was 553 cal, 75g protein, 51g carbs. See what I mean when I say I'm eating too much??
