You'd climb into a windowless van if they were cooking toast inside, wouldn't you.

this is how I feel about crackers.  ANY kind of crackers are my crack.  Can't even buy them for the kids.  I can't tell you how many mini bags of goldfish or cheese its that have called to me in the last year.  NO MORE CRACKERS in my house!

And crackers . . . Don't forget the crackers. I ALMOST wish I still had my GERD so I could eat crackers. Wait, what the hell am I saying . . . GERD sucks and eating crackers to control the acid causes me to gain 6 pounds. Crackers are evil.

I am 42 days off toast. I was easily able to maintain weight loss without it and even easier to regain 135 pounds with it.

YMMV

By the time any of us are a year out, we can literally eat toast all day long. All day.

Here's to 42 days of toast sobriety!

Well now you've got my curiosity up.  What is it about "toast" specifically that can start the carb cycle all over again?  I understand crackers, but not getting the "toast" thing.

Morning everyone. This is a quick drive by.  I have to get to my Dad's house to meet my brothers. We are moving my Dad from rehab temporarily into assisted living.  Don't want to be late (see what I did there?).

Had a good weekend.  Friday had a cut and color refresh.  Saturday was tough because I had to convince my Dad that a two month stay at assisted living is the best option for him now. He so wanted to go home, but would need 24 hour care and continued PT.  After, I went shopping (big savings at Sak's outlet, Talbots and Anthropolgie), and then saw Tarzan. OMG, ladies, run do not walk to your nearest theater. Alexander Skarsgard is our gift for living a good life.  On Sunday went for a nice long walk with two friends, and there also may have been lunch and shopping included.  It was great.  I'm no Nikki, but it was a good walk for me.

QOTD:  I hate being early and I hate being late. I try to slide in right on time.

Time since surgery: 19 months

B:  Egg Beaters, mozzarella and bacon omelette

L:  Chicken Breast

S: Chicken sausage link

D: Rib eye and green beans

 Height: 5'7".  HW: 299, Program starting weight: 290, SW: 238, CW 138 - 12 pounds under goal!
