Good morning, everyone,
My favorite vacation spot has got to be Yellowstone Park. I've been all over the world, thanks to my globetrotting mama, and while those places are awesome, there is something magical about Yellowstone to me. I've been there five times and I could go back five more.
So it's my birthday (48) and I'm thinking about doing something wild with my hair. I'll post pictures later if I do it. I don't have a menu planned because today involves a lot of eating out. I'll put it all in myfitnesspal later. My goal for today is low carb, not necessarily 800 calories though.
Btw, can I just say I hate my scale. It's not moving and I'm frustrated! Trying to trust the process.
