I have seen these at my grocery store and thought the idea of a chicken sausage looks great but I can't get past the "white" look of the sausage, I know it does not effect the taste, its just that I am a weirdo LOL LOL Thanks for the recommendation!

LOL I so understand, if it helps once you grill it or cook it the color changes to a dark color. I will take a photo the next time I cook it using my NuWave oven.

They are delicious. I just tried Miller's brand chicken sausage the other day, also. They are delicious!
