Vitamins after RNY
I hope all my newbie RNY questions aren't annoying...
What are your thoughts on the vitamin patches? Yay or nay? I've only really seen a multi-vitamin and B12 patch online. If using pills or sublinguals, is there a favorite brand? And - lastly - do you find better selection and/or prices in the store or online?
Thank you for your time!!

I use different brands for different vitamins, but I really like Superior Source sublinguals for my B12 and D. They're really tiny and dissolve really quickly. I buy most of my vitamins online - although I get my multis (generic brand of Centrum Silver) at CVS. They go on sale a lot there, so I stock up....
