Not only can I roll my tongue, but I can touch my nose with my tongue as well. I have yet to meet anyone else that can do that.

Oh I can't roll my tongue in a taco either. I learned that when my daughter had to go to "tongue thrust" therapy during braces. I can wink though.

I can't do the tongue thing either. Hubby and both my boys can but I cant. Hadn't thought about that one!

QOTD - I can't open jars or lids! I live in an apartment and once had to wait to hear footsteps in the hallway - I rushed out and asked if this guy could open my jar. He didn't even struggle to open it lol. I bought 2 bottles of vitamin water and it took me an hour with a shape knife to cut the lid off. The second one I waited until I have a friend over and had her open it. It's quite sad and oh so inconvenient. I also can't make chocolate chip cookies to save my life. People tease me for it! I made it a NY resolution to make them successfully and tried 4 different recipes. Nope. All were terrible.

B - Fresh strawberries, cottage cheese and high protein granola

L - A "McLizzie" (homemade McMuffin) So half an English muffin, 1 egg, 1 cheese slice and 1 piece of turkey bacon

Sn - 2 Clementines

D - Wrap with cheese, spinach, ground beef and some sour cream

Sn - Vanilla protein shake in milk

Ex - None. It's really hot here and my knees are sore from yesterday's run

Lizzie: you gotta get some "jar grippers" before you lose a digit trying to cut open bottles or waiting hours for a passer-by for a jar! Walmart, Target, Amazon. Search for jar gripper. Flat or different shapes - they work! I think first one I ever got was from some real estate agent. Best freebie ever!!

You are right! I need to get something, I'm sick of avoiding certain foods simply because I know I can't open them lol. I'll pick one up this weekend!
