Hi everyone:

Good vibes to you, AngryViking.

I hit 65 pounds lost this morning. It feels good :)

QOTD: I find it impossible to put on a bracelet by myself. On either wrist. LOL

Breakfast: I had to try a couple different things today. Coffee, then I tried an EAS protein shake and it was disgusting. Funny, I used to like them. Then I tried a hardboiled egg. That didn't taste right either. I gave up and had a Greek yogurt.

Lunch: baked chicken parmesean patty (I'll probably eat half of it. We'll see)

Dinner: Turkey meatballs, probably 2 or 3.

Have a good day,

cheremiste

First let me say, I'm sorry you felt let down , even a little. I guess that may explain the sweating and being hot and feeling rough lately ? I wondered last week if my hormones were switching gears and taking me through the lovely change of life. I mentioned it was 58-62 degrees in the operating room and I was absolutely ROASTING !!! 3 years ago my oldest daughter was expecting her first child, a baby girl.... Excited to become a nonna, I was working in the operating room ( just happen to be working with my own gyn dr) I started feeling so funky.... This went on for about a week and she finally sent me to the lab with an order for blood work. She called to tell me that I needed to repeat those labs in 48 hours... Then she called to tell me that my numbers were going crazy and I was scheduled for an ultrasound to confirm a viable pregnancy bc the numbers were doubling and tripling ... She thought something may be going on, my mother had ovarian cancer and aunt had breast cancer so I thought yep I'm sick... Turns out , there were 2 babies growing in there. So I became a nonna, then 6 months later an old mom to twins .... So nothing is impossible and God had a sense of humor bc I had just gotten a tummy tuck and new boobs the previous year. My doc told me I'd need to see a high risk dr and I asked if it was bc I was having twins, she laughed and told me no.... It's because your old lol.

anyhow,  qotd .... I can not figure out how to hook up a DVDs player . I go by the colors and it either turns out black and white or with no sound grrr that's frustrating.

Today was my first day back- I've gotten my days all mixed up- they gave us M and T off and I took yesterday also- I mostly organized stuff around the house. husband installed the AC in the camper but has to make a few adjustments for it to cook properly. I organized my pantry and threw out some old stuff.

AV - Mine didn't come at all last month and had me worried there- my cycle is all messed up

QOTD: I can't whistle well or trill my r's. I can flip my r's but not trill them. Was jealous of those in voice class that could do it. i also can't yodel and I would really like to be able to.

Here is what I ate yesterday:

Yes the Kays cookie bites are good. I like the Honey almond cereal... not with milk but as a snack. Haven't had it in awhile, and have been toying with a Netrition order.

OMG I love the Kay's cinnamon almond cookies bites, they are amazing. I have a few boxes in the cupboard. I literally had to put them out of sight out of mind, there are so yummy and I swear I could eat a box in one sitting!  I keep them around so that I can portion them out and put in my purse for when I know we are out doing errands in the car or something, but yup they are yummy!!!!!!!

I don't even know what "flip my R" means?  LOL LOL

I bought several boxes - some were individually portioned so it made it easier. and way cheaper than the quest chips I was buying.

It is for when you sing in some languages, like Italian, they trill their 'r's. So when you sing you do the same. But I wasn't able to do it- so I flipped it instead.
