I am the opposite as I don't usually eat until I have been up for 4-6 hours but am really hungry at night sometimes. I am a very routine person (you might have noticed that-LOL) so I pretty much eat on schedule so it seems my body knows when it's time to eat.

How about a hb egg in the evening?  You can boil a few ahead of time and have them ready for a quick snack, they won't be too filling and they will help with your protein numbers.  Ham & cheese or turkey & cheese rollups would work as well and no cooking involved.

I've done the same thing, more then once JB. Eat everything on my menu early, and then nothing in the evening. It felt to me like binging behavior, and that scared me.  So on days when I feel that coming on, I  have to white knuckle it to stay on my menu plan.  It is always a reminder to me that I have a f'ed up relationship with food, and it manifests itself in a lot of different ways.  Some I didn't recognize before surgery, and some I have yet to figure out.  My brain should have a giant "under construction" sign on it.

 Height: 5'7".  HW: 299, Program starting weight: 290, SW: 238, CW 138 - 12 pounds under goal!

I'm sorry Kristen. About a year ago my period was almost two weeks late and I took a pregnancy test. Even though we need another kid about like another hole in the head, I was disappointed. There's something a little exciting about the prospect of a whole new life. 

On a happy note, DH just got a full time job offer  thank you JESUS! It will take a lot of financial stress off of me as I have been the sole income source for months now. He has been working at his lawn mowing business and using that money to pay down our minivan, but with no money flowing into the budget for other bills, it's been a little skimpy for my liking some months.

Qotd: getting keys on a key ring. My husband always has to do it for me. Weird I know. 

B- cottage cheese and tomato, Irish tea w/ SF creamerL- probably chicken and a couple of shrimp, tortilla chips and salsa (I will limit I promise!)

D- bacon wrapped chicken skewer

 

totals- cals-658, protein-66, carbs-23, fat- 26

Consult Weight:276/Surgery Day Weight: 241.6 /Goal Weight: 150
