I was wondering if anyone has or is using Optifast after Post Op instead of the Premier Shakes?

The one I had - had too many sugars for me to use it post op ...I was only able to use the soups...

I was told by my dietician that post-op, the only Optifast that we could use would be the Optifast HP. Its numbers still aren't that great, and it doesn't contain whey protein isolate, so it wouldn't be absorbed well anyway. As always, talk to your nut or dietician to see what they say.

This is the nutrition info and ingredients for the Opti HP
