Morning everyone! Best of luck to you Kristen. Hoping all goes well. It is so fascinating to read everyone's morning posts. Painting and visits with grieving friends. Iron infusions and work outs. Hubby's and boyfriends and canoe feet abound. I am in a rush this morning because I am filling in for my boss and rounding with the doctor. I'm not a nurse but I play one sometimes. LOL
QOTD: Jonathan Livingston Seagull is one of my all time favorite books. You should all go out and buy it immediately. It is by Richard Bach and it is one of the most influential pieces of writing I've ever encountered. I read it first when I was 10. Way too young you would think but it changed my life perspective. Ever since I have seen myself as striving beyond any norms. Sometimes I have gone too radical and sometimes I have achieved way beyond any expectations. Better to keep trying and sometimes crash. Trust me...read it!

Happy Wednesday everyone. I am trying to get back into the swing of things after 5 days off. As usual after time off, my day today is back to back meetings. My next person I am meeting with is running a little late, so I thought I'd take this time to post. Kristin, I hope your doctor's appointment goes well today! Consider yourself virtually mojo'ed.
Got lots of stuff done yesterday, including hitting all of the holiday sales at grocery stores and stocking up on meat. I now have a freezer full of chicken breasts and thighs, rib eye steaks and pork loin. I am set for protein for awhile!
QOTD: Seagulls. Nature's garbage disposals. I always find seagulls funny. They are just the silliest looking birds. While I like them just fine, I cannot stand crows. Hate them! They are the gangsters of the bird world. And I don't mean that in a cute hip hop way, but rather a machine gun rampage way. My total dislike may have something to do with a crow dying in my chimney, and all of the other crows blaming me for it. I am not kidding. They had a vendetta against me when I lived in Seattle. Thank goodness the Seattle and Portland crows don't talk, the little *******s.
