What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
I have bad knees and hips, so I started with a personal trainer to get advice on what exercise I can do without hurting my joints. She had me do the recumbent bike, then strength training, then back to the recumbent bike. I love aerobics classes, especially step, but the trainer said I should wait on those until I can strengthen my hips and knees. So today, I'll just repeat what I did yesterday. Let me know how it goes!

I know, right?! But apparently (according to the bird whisperer - aka, my dad!) they are very smart birds, have facial recognition, and actually 'talk' to him with different sounds.
I swear, my dad's not crazy, but I do wonder how he'll be as he gets older! hahaha!

Feeling a bit more awake today than yesterday, it was torture trying to stay awake yesterday afternoon.

Hello everyone,
It's so noisy outside right now. The development I live in has chosen this week to repave all the streets and driveways. It'll be a *****aotic here for the next week and a half. Oh well. It's just that I'm working from home and it's a pain.
I did a 45 minute boot camp this morning that kicked my ass. I finish last behind everyone in the class and have to modify some things. Makes me a bit embarrassed.
