What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
Good morning everyone! We don't have seagulls much in southern IN, I always think it's super weird if I see a random one.
Yesterday we had a great time at Holiday World. I was able to ride any of the rides I wanted comfortably although I was regretting that on one of the wooden coasters. What the crap? I thought my neck was going to be broken after it, but I survived. Eating was alright--I had the toppings off some super nachos and the toppings off a slice of pizza.
Today hubby has taken me out to breakfast and tonight I'm getting a pedi and meeting a friend for dinner. Ahhhh, vacay!
B- 1/2 of over easy egg and 2 pieces bacon
L- chicken, salsa, avocado, cojita and Greek yogurt
D- we are going to an upscale southern place. I'm thinking chicken, maybe a few bites of collard greens. I heart collard greens.
S- premier protein shake

And I hear on the wooden coasters. Last summer we went to Darien Lake and the first ride we went on was a wooden coaster called The Predator. LMAO I hadn't been on a ride in years, much less a roller coaster. I was bouncing around so much I thought for sure I was going to be thrown to the ground. LOL The Viper was much better.

I actually do both. I get a Starbucks Skinny Cinnamon Dolce latte (hot) in the morning and then make one in the afternoon at the office (I use a espresso k-cup, SF torani caramel syrup and about a cup of fat free fairlife milk- since it's summer I have it iced right now).
On the weekends it's usually flipped and I make the latte at home on the morning and get Starbucks in the afternoon.
I'm in Oklahoma City... we occasionally see seagulls here, and I always wonder why...
Speaking of birds, my dad lives in Southern Florida. They have a weekend/retirement house they stay at a lot. My dad has turned into the bird-man. He feeds the local crows, and has named them. He knows all of their personalities too! It's crazy. The local hawks also come by for a piece of bacon. And the vultures try to hone in on the buffet, but he can't feed them anymore because they are apparently not fun birds to get to know. Honestly, the man cracks me up with his birds...

D: Up in the air, but possibly grilled mahi and probably grilled zucchini since our zucchini plant is producing like crazy!
I need to start incorporating more exercise... it's just so dang hot here, that walking in the evening seems brutal! I keep eyeing a local gym... someone take me by the hand and make me go sign up!

OK! I'm going to head over there today at lunch! What are your plans for the gym? I want to do a few classes... they have a pump class, that uses hand weights, and zumba. I've never done zumba, but I've heard it's fun.
