What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
Good morning! Seagulls are like pigeons, rats with wings!! We have an outlet mall in Wisconsin that is located about a mile from a GIANT landfill. The damn birds are always around in hoards. If you go shopping there you have to be certain not to park under a light pole or your car will become a most disgusting shade of bird poop. I'm not kidding, I worked there for a couple of years and on busy days you would get stuck under the poles and I could barely recognize my red car when I returned from my shift. I hated those birds!!
Update on the hip, went to the PA at my PCP's office yesterday. He thinks its a stress fracture. I had a x-ray yesterday (which he assumed would be negative because stress fractures don't show up on xrays most of the time, and it was) and ordered me a MRI. So tomorrow I have my MRI and hopefully figure this out one way or another. It feels much better this morning so I am optimistic that this is NOT a stress fracture and I am just making **** up in my head.

Praying for some answers from the MRI and quick healing for you. As a veteran of 3 foot surgeries where I couldn't put weight on them for 6 stinking weeks,I know how it feels to not be able to exercise. I never thought I would ever be a person who loved her walks but I guess I am because it drove me crazy. I had to find other things to do like knitting or puzzles because the stress and spare time made me want to eat. I got through it 3 times though, and you will too. And know what? When I was able to go back to exercise within a matter of 2 days I was right back where I was before intensity wise. Let us know when you find out something please. I'll be praying!
Good luck on the MRI.
