I am really upset, my knee has gotten much worse. Couldn't sleep last night, doubled up on muscle relaxer I had left from surgery(still a normal dose), and tylenol...feel like I have a hangover from no sleep. Took an epsom salt bath this AM and have it wrapped in an ace bandage. Weird thing is it is not even swollen or anything, just pain around right side of kneecap....Boo Hoo... if I felt to go to the doctor not even sure who I would go to as I am in PCP nowhere land. The NP left the practice I use and they haven't replaced her with anyone who takes my insurance. Last 2 times I paid Out-of-pocket, but who wants to do that when you have insurance??? OK rant over.
Need to get my a** in gear with my painting...I summer is my high season for teaching painting classes. Need to paint today. Also going to visit a young woman I know who just lost her mom last month. Her Mom was crossing the street-in a crosswalk and got hit by a truck. So tragic.

Can you go to an orthopedic doc?? I've been having severe knee pain since February and my bariatric dr hesitated to do my bypass because of the possible need for ibuprofen but I swore I'd never take it. I have been using a tens machine and it has helped tremendously. I bought it at the chiropractor but if you have an as seen on tv store near you, they have them as well

The orhopedic Doc i had see years ago, I like.... but I don't think he takes my insurance anymore... this was so sudden, I am only guessing as to how it happened... will look up machine. Thanks
