Good Morning!  I am making this quick, because meetings that I didn't prepare for.  LOL  Can I also ask that you think a good thought for me?  I have a doctor's appointment later today and I'm hoping for some good news.  Well, either way it'll be good/bad, so maybe just a virtual fist bump or mojo would help.

QOTD!  This was on my mind as I drove into work today.  Why, when I am located like 5 miles from the nearest lake and many MANY miles from the nearest ocean, is the parking lot of the Price Chopper home to what seems like 100s of seagulls?  What are they doing there?  What do they want?  LOL 

Time since surgery:  23+ months

B:  coffee, baked banana "proats" with PB

S:  15 cherries.  Maybe.  I could only eat like 6 of them yesterday.

L:  lemon pepper tuna pouch with 34 Degree rosemary crackers and a HB egg

D:  Matt is taking me out to dinner, so this is a big "who effing knows?"

TOTALS (w/o dinner):  Cals:  574  Protein:  44  Carbs:  49  Fat:  23

I ran over a seagull once. Right in the middle of a crowded urban city street. He was going for the French fries dumped outside of the Burger King. It was awful.

QOTD: HAHAHA Same here, there are so many seagulls at my local grocery store (Market Basket)...WHY??

15 months since surgery

M1: "Noatmeal" 2 tbsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp golden flax meal, 1/2c Fairlife skim milk, 1 tbsp Torani caramel and 14g almond/dried cranberry/raisin mix.  This was the first time trying this, it was good, a little high in carbs, but not as bad as oatmeal.

M2: 4oz Fairlife skim milk, 1 scoop Syntrax milk chocolate w/ lots of ice

M3: 4oz Fairlife skim milk, 1 scoop Syntrax milk chocolate w/ lots of ice

M4: 4oz Fairlife skim milk, 1 scoop Syntrax milk chocolate w/ lots of ice

M5: Leftover vegan "butter chicken" and 1/4c riced cauliflower

M6: Curd cheese

Totals: Cals: 965  Protein: 115  Carbs: 57  Fat: 34

HW: 328 Program start weight: 309 SW:275.8 CW: 154.6 (12/14/16)

It kind of looks like rocks and sand!! HAHAHA  I may put a little bit more Torani in if I make it again.  But it was really good and filling!
