Kudos to you for walking away from a crappy job, but yeah the way you left is gonna send up a big red flag to any future employer. Maybe you can go into business for yourself for awhile?
Besides some employers won't divulge the way you left to any future employer that might ask, they'll only state how long you worked there, you might want to check with HR to be sure. I know my job is like this, helpful especially for those that get fired or left unexpectedly.

I'm so happy for you. You have every right to have a safe healthy work environment without stress and misery. You are worth every minute of joy you can find. Hug that baby lots. I miss those years of home with the kids when they were little.
