Good morning! Tough QOTD today - love my shower, but have to have at least clean underwear! I think I'll go with taking a daily shower, and keeping the same clothes, but with nightly hand-laundering. I could live with that.

Finally did some cooking yesterday despite the heat. I like ham, but 3x/day for 3 days is pushing it.

B: chicken

L: ham (a little ham is okay)

D: roast beef

S: strawberries w. yogurt, small apple

I envy those of you who had relaxing weekends. I worked Friday from 2 pm til 11 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 11 pm at a food table at the local Independence Day celebration and fireworks. Very little help from the rest of the church so it was hubby (not even a church member), the pastor and his wife and 4 other people to cover both days. Since it was my idea,I didn't even have time for a break. On the good side we did make 600 dollars for our church but I too am sick of hawking hot dogs, smoked sausages and burgers. And worst of all I had to stand staring at the fried dough booth and watching others eating them for two whole days. Do you have any idea how many of the elephant ears I would have eaten before. Now I think I know what hell  is like! Post op 46 months and weight at 118.4 today. Lily and I have our walk in already and at some point I will do 30 minutes on the bike. QOTD I would have to go with a shower but the same clothes. Here's the eats B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L P3 and some extra deli turkey D 31/2 oz ground beef with 1/2 c sweet potatoes S mission 1 cookies and cream protein bar.  Have a great day everyone and make some amazing choices!

Yes I like all three flavors but my favorite is the chocolate chip one I think.

Karen you are an inspiration in so many ways.  There is surely a spot in heaven for you for all that you do for others.  Maybe try and have some relaxation this week.

Good morning!  I know it's been a while but last week sucked.  Last Monday night on my long run I hurt myself.  I've been dealing with hip pain since then.  I went to my chiropractor on Friday.  She wasn't sure what was wrong so here I am at my pcp's office waiting to be seen.  I was put on a no exercise restriction by my Chiro so I haven't exercised in a week.  I'm dying.  Please keep me in your thoughts that this is not a stress fracture.

QOTD: shower same clothes.  I feel like I wear my clothes several times before I wash anyway (except undergarments and I can totally go commando ?).

Time since surgery: 2 years last Saturday!

B: eggo nutrigrain waffle with peanut butter and coffee with cream

L: left over general tso chicken no rice

S: iced coffee with cream

D: spicy black bean burger with slice of velveeta

S: outshine fruit and veggie bar

W/V: started

E: ???? Please!!

Have a great day all!
