Hi, Your weekend sounds great. Mine was, too! Lots of relaxing, a ball game, a fair, fireworks, pool time...ah! But now back to a rainy commute and lots of meetings. Boo.

I ate such crap for the last 2 days. Here was the problem...I ate 1/2 fried dough on Sunday, and weirdly on Monday it broke a stall and boom I was down a pound. So...basic math says that if you eat a 1/2 fried dough and lose ONE pound, eating a WHOLE fried dough the next night should net me a 2 pound loss this morning, right? Yeah, math was never my strongest subject... I felt so yucky and queasy for the rest of the night. Stupid stupid stupid.

On to better choices today...

B: decaf coffee with milk & Mission 1 bar

L: leftover BBQ chicken wrap

S: Cheese Stick

D: uhhh? Shrimp, probably?

EDIT: Whoops forgot QOTD! I really like my dry shampoo and I can work a washcloth, so I'm going no shower, new outfits.

Hahaha...'work a washcloth'

I think sometimes a good dose of fat does break a stall. Of course the logic fails in that 'if it is good one day I should keep on doing it...' yeah, doesn't work that way...

Oh, I love dry shampoo!  Greatest invention evar!  (hyperbole, lol)  What kind do you use?  I'm a drug store girl, so I love Suave for a cheap-o, but my friend Regina turned me onto this and it is amazing:

It's also expensive.  Very, very expensive.  LOL

Yep, that's the best one! But when I'm being drugstore cheap I get PSSST Dry Shampoo. Good for sticking in the gym bag...

This is the one I use. I have the plain and the blond... so if my roots are showing it does double duty. usually about $7.99

I used to use the suave stuff but a friend told me about the Not Your Mother's brand and I can also get it at Target or Walmart for about the same money and it works much better.

I guess I need to get on the dry shampoo bandwagon.  I did use to use PSSSSSST, back in the 70's!
