Good morning all!  How was everyone's (long) weekend?  Aside from church and packing/dropping my son off at camp on Sunday, I pretty much did a whole lot of nothing.  And it.  was.  glorious.  I made use of my chaise lounge every day, soaking in the sun with a couple of ****tails.  I also did intermittent housework; load of laundry here, some dusting there.  Nothing too strenuous.  LOL  We didn't have any party invites, so we just grilled every day.  And I'm putting out there right now, if I eat one more hot dog this summer, I'm going to hurl.  LOL  I love me some dogs, but still...

QOTD!  Would you rather go a week without bathing, but be able to change your clothes, or a week without a change of clothes, but be able to bathe?  LOL  I'm going to go with a daily shower, but the same clothes.

Time since surgery:  23+ months

S:  2 string cheeses

L:  Bacon ranch tuna pouch with a HB egg and rosemary 34 Degree crackers

TOTALS:  Cals:  837  Protein:  96  Carbs:  51  Fat:  28

Have a great Tuesday!

Hello everyone!  I am back from vacation....I am more stressed and in need of a break than I was before leaving, sooooo yeah, not in the best frame of mind right now.  I am burnt out....

The kids had fun on our vacation, so that is what matters....right???  I gained some weight, plus I was up a little before vacation.  So back to the grind now.

I did have some nice NSV's while away!  I bought a wrap skirt, I have always wanted one, but they are "one size fits all" and they would never wrap all around me! LOL  I also did SO MUCH walking etc and was never tired and could have done so much more.  So that was a nice change.  I also found my "before" jeans that I saved...pics below!

QOTD: I would go with the clothes.  I mean who am I kidding, I am a mother of 4, sometimes I dont get to shower as much as I would like.

Looks delicious- better with actual chicken...LOL. I have had delicious tofu in restaurants, but the making at home has escaped me. During my vegetarian years, I used it use it in smoothies for protein- all this whey protein stuff wasn't exsistant back in the day. I also used to use it in the blender to make a chocolate mousse- awesome. tofu and melted chocolate basically. yummmm.

Oh my gosh! I love the jeans picture! I didn't save any of my before clothes and now you make me wish I had! You should be so proud of yourself. And no wonder you are exhausted--you are one busy lady!
