Small optifast nsv

I've been on optifast for 9 days now and am loving how the scale and tape measurements are moving  

Last night I went to a show and FIT into the seats!!!  My butt didn't get stuck or scraped as I tried to sit and I don't have horrific bruises on my thighs from the chair handles! 

This is a wonderful NSV  for  me,  as a week before I started optifast I was at a concert and ended up with 4x5 inch bruises on both thighs from the seats! 

If this is presbytery I CANT wait until post surgery!!  Talk about motivation to keep plugging with these terrible optifast shakes!
