Down 13 since last visit. Doing it right!
Went to Dr yesterday hopefully looking at RNY in the next two months. Down 13 lbs since last months visit, no soda, no alcohol. No caffeine, drinking 2 meal replacement shakes a day feeling great. Started walking 3 miles a day and am now run / walking 4 and biking a little. Endo good, gal bladder good, life is good ! Haven't been hitting my pre-surgery support group meeting like I want to seems I'm always out of town for work. This forum has been awesome with tips ,menus , advice and encouragement. The fly wheel is really moving now.
