Shape wear
i have lost over 80 pounds, what do you wear for shape wear? To help with the rolls on tummy/ saggy skin!
I love this shaping underwear from SOMA Smoothing short ... I have Flexees too, but like this so much better. It is not a heavy duty 'girdle' type thing and it just smoothes it all out and keeps it from moving. I try to get sale and search internet for coupon. They hold up very well...
I also have a heavier duty Spanx I bought through Macy's... still comfortable, and not 'kill you tight' LOL... has a trap door for your business so you don't have to take it off all the time. Wore it for a month straight after PS... so yes it is comfortable Spanx Star Power Of course I got it on sale and coupon....
Lastly I like the slimmer slips from Dress Barn for dresses sometimes. Smoothes everything out. Shaping Slip

Another vote for Flexxees. They have different "strengths" of shapewear, and lots of different styles. It is inexpensive and durable. Mine have survived hundreds of washings. I buy mine two sizes larger than I normally wear in undies. I can breathe, but the jiggle is held in place.
Spanx is just too much of a good thing for me. I tried on a pair I had when I was 280 lbs. Weirdly, they were even harder to get on at 150 then they had been at 280. It messed with my head that whole day!!
Edited for misspelling.

I second getting a size or 2 larger. Just enough to smooth things ...but can be worn all day....
I can't do Spanx...they are not cut right for me..and I can feel them on me all the time. I wore one time...and was so uncomfotable that I had to take it off in a middle of a party... Not sure why.. May be the fabric. Some fabric irritate my skin...

I can't do Spanx, either. I have one pair from my heavy days. The weird thing for me is the same pair I wore at 340 still provides compression for me at 140.

Couldn't even get my old ones on. So bizarre!

I liked THIS kind for everyday smoothing of my mid-section. It's like a tank top. It was comfy and did not smoosh my boobs.
