It's cool and cloudy here in Colorado today. Finally after all the heat. My photo today is of my one flower I am growing this summer. It's a purple geranium my daughter bought me and so far I've kept it alive, which is a feat given my black thumb.
Qotd: Probably the Grateful Dead. I was never a Deadhead back in the day, but I've really started to like their music. Although, I don't think I could deal with all the potheads. I have had it up to here with stoners. (See above reference to Colorado, lol.)

I have no photo today- I'm at lab -just got my 6 month blood work- 13 tests luckily only 6 vials needed.
Can't wait to see the results.
I am working today but it is fairly low key. They gave us Monday and Tues off next week so we are having some fun times!!
QOTD: Elton John- he and my mom were born on the exact same day and year. I did see him once at Six flags in the late 1980's1990's/he was walking with his bodyguards and I was too scared to walk up to him. I was probably about 12.

QOTD: I've seen the 70's band I really, really wanted to see...Eagles. I saw them in 2012 and last year. They were my "Holy Grail" as far as concerts go, but I would've loved to have seen Led Zepplin, David Bowie and Queen.

It's late, it's firday and I've been at work since 6:15. I'm tired and I have 6 eight year old girls coming to spend the night tonight. I'm going to die.
Work has been crappy and I've been eating crappy today, going to rescue myself at dinner. On a good note we had to eat out last night due to last minute errands for the above party and I was good and got a small greek salad with Chicken. Ate Chicken first with Feta and then a few lettuce pieces.

I am late posting again. I love to read everyone's question of the day answers. I would have to I would say I actually don't know an answer to this one. I think there were too many. Maybe Leif Garret.
