Totally reasonable in EVERY way. Any employer who can't see the value added in that does not deserve to have you work for them.

"I am basically food's creepy ex-girlfriend. I know we can't be together anymore but I just want to spend time hanging out" ~me, about why I love cooking so much post WLS
I gotta say, we were nowhere near the stage, but the whole experience was pretty damn awesome.

Hey Y'all. Whoa...woke up to a stress call from my mother who is traveling with my dad in Europe. He suffers from a touch of dementia and managed to lose the tour group!!!! He was missing for hours before I got the call. I've been freaking out all morning! But I got a text, finally, saying that he's been found. I still want to throw up from stress and adrenaline. And I'm still not feeling 100% well anyway, so I'll I can guarantee I'm having today is a ****ton of of coffee.
My mentor was a super hot lady in the 70s and she went to Studio 54 a lot. Her stories are amazing. I'd love to have her experiences!
Oh and Pee-Wee's Big Adventire is the bomb! Did you see the new one in Netflix? It was awesome!!!

If I could see a concert from the 70s it would have to be the Eagles. Anny, glad to see you back. I know the accountability of this post is key to success,at least for me. Busy day today as hubby and I are in charge of a food table for the 4th celebration here in town. It's my church doing it but very little help has been forthcoming from anyone else. Doing burgers, smoked sausage, hot dogs and bottled water. So I have 1 million things to do today. Post op 46 months and weight at 118 today. Lily and I did our 3.2 miles already. Here's the food B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L P3 pack and extra meat D hamburger no bun S mission 1 chocolate brownie protein bar. Have a great day everyone and make some smart choices! And here's a crappy selfie. I need lessons!
Happy July Everyone!
QOTD: I think Simon & Garfunkel or Harry Chapin
What I ate yesterday was: a protein shake, muscletech mission 1 cookie & cream protein bar, 1/2 of a cold cuts & cheese sandwich, sugar-free pudding, another 1/2 of a cold cuts & cheese sandwich, a Clif protein bar and a power bar protein bar. Still NO CAKE!
Exercise: I've been having a hard time getting my daughter to help me take the dogs for a walk so last evening I took BOTH dogs for a walk by myself. They walked very well together and didn't tangle me up in the leashes or trip me so maybe taking both dogs for a walk at the same time is do-able. We were doing fine until a big BOOM of a firework went off and Blossom jumped out of her skin and started pulling me towards home. But I managed to keep up with her and we made it back home okay.
Blossom and Tippy
Have a wonderful day everyone!
