Caffeine free too??  I am a tea drinker...have been for years, but I have trouble with de-caf.  It just doesn't taste good....so I try and try things.  Right now I am 1/2 caf and 1/2 de-caf.....and I drink water inbetween.  It just isn't the same.  :(  And it has to be de-caf to count towards your water intake.

Ugh.

This is untrue.  Caffeinated tea can be counted towards intake... Check this out

Actually the mayo clinic has come out and says you can count caffeinated beverages towards your water intake..... I believe. Look online to find out. This is a MUCH debated issue with ALOT of differences of opinion

I don't think it is decaf and most of us are not supposed to drink caffeine.

Edited to say that there are a lot of vets and post ops that drink caffeine. I just was not allowed to pre surg or after.

I'm six weeks out and for the past month I've craved iced tea like never before! If it's ok with your nut go for it!

My Surgeon was never in the de-caf bandwagon (thank God!) Got caffeinated coffee on my first tray in the hospital.

I try not to do caffeinated ice tea because of the quantity I might be drinking. Don't want it keeping me up at night. I make my own decaf green tea concentrate. When I am ready to drin**** half water, half tea and SF Peach Syrup. (Torani or DaVinci) So good, peach green tea.
