I'm with you, coffee is my very favorite. Grand babies are here today swimming so no exercise for me. Damn!

B coffee, 2 string cheese

L veggie burger

D coffee and protein shake since I'm low on protein.

I had Greek yogurt for breakfast 

steak for lunch 

steak for dinner  

So far , my 2 favorite things to eat have been chicken crusted pizza and jalapeño popper chicken topped with crushed pork rinds and cheese . 

They both were delicious . My family loved them as well.

Calling in late from the West:

I can't seem to regulate my temp either, I am FREEZING all of the time.  I'm told it has to do with losing so much body fat, but here it is, 100 degrees in Nevada and I have a space heater cranking in my office.  My boss thinks I'm off my rocker.  He's probably right, but still.

I've been messing around with eating carbs, I KNOW, SUCH A BAD IDEA...  I'm so angry with myself, I had a few bites of pasta last week and some crackers this weekend, oh and an english muffin.  I'm still losing weight, BUT STILL, that is not a habit I want to get back in to.  I haven't touched sweets though, I guess that's supposed to make me feel better? LOL  When is the next AMAW???? I need to get grill crazy.

QOTD:  When I'm not blowing it on pasta and bread this week, a grilled al pastor burrito (pork) eaten without the tortilla is my "go to" right now.  Just meat, cheese and a bit of spicy salsa and sour cream....YUM!  Probably not the best thing for you, but there it is.

B: Yogurt

L: crab soup

D: I OD'ed on lunch, I'll probably skip dinner, or it will be something VERY light, maybe 1/2 a protein shake

I often run late in my life, so hey...I post late here too. 

When I get the "hot and colds" it usually means I'm getting sick, or RH is fixin' to rear its ugly head. Hope you're feeling better now.

QOTD: Nothing new really, except the hubby brought home a liter of home-brewed double chocolate oatmeal stout.  One of his work buddies brews beer. Lawwwwd a mighty. It's dark, it's rich, it's gorgeous. I had a sip. Yum. I'm using some of it to braise a pot roast. How the heck do I enter THAT into MFP?? ( I'll find a way...) 

3+ years out

B: totally stole your key lime yogurt vibe, AV, and added in a TBSP of a cream cheese whipping cream mixture for a cheesecake flavor. I'm terrible. ( it was good ) 

S: 2 cheese sticks while running errands

L: 2 oz ( the very last of..finally, sheesh! ) of lemon pepper chicken thighs, 2 oz mozzarella cheese 

D: 4 oz of that hopefully delicious pot roast ( allllmost done cooking )

Totals sans the stout gravy: 1,018 cals, 64 gr protein ( meh ), 31 gr carbs ( yay! ), 67 gr fat ( so sinful! ) 

I woke up in between a memory and a dream...
