I would rather have a filet mignon than a piece of cake any day.
As a matter of fact I just looked up the market in RI that I go to once in a while and they have whole beef tenderloins for $6.99 a lb and whole boneless rib eyes for $5.99 a lb. I will be heading over there tomorrow to stock up on meat.

Sheri if I knew a cost effective way to send the meat to you I would be more than happy to hook you up. I had accidently stumbled upon the place a few years back when I worked in RI. A co-worker had mentioned the deals they get.
I try to remember to check them out every week, but I do forget at time. I just filled half of my freezer with home grown red boiler chickens. It took me two days to process my birds, but they are so worth it.

If my refrigerator freezer wasn't bursting at the seams, I'd be asking if I could tag along with you since I'm so close (Webster). I have to get a small freezer so I can get the benefit of meat sales. BTW, could you give me a link to that market. I had it bookmarked on my old computer but that was destroyed. I know the place has great sales.
