Vitamin question
I just started taking my vitamins this week: sublingual b12, bariatric advantage chewablea - multi, calcium and iron. I know I need to take the iron seaparately (I was told to take it before bed), but is it ok to take the multi and calcium together (twice a day)?

Calcium should be 500 at a time, 3 times a day, 2 hours apart. Also 2 hours apart from iron. You can take calcium with a multi, but if the multi has iron or calcium in it, you won't absorb the iron, or the extra calcium.
Lots of other things interfere with iron absorption too, such as tea, coffee, soy -- lots of things. That's why it's usually easiest to take it before bed, apart from anything else.
Vitamin C helps with iron absorption. Take 300 mg of Vitamin C for every 30 mg of elemental iron.

To my knowledge, those things only effect iron absorption.
