Beefing up my water in take and ordered food prep trays
I'm beginning today to move up to 100 oz of water per day and ordered some food prep trays and I'm gonna try to get a little more structured in my eating plans . Anyone have any ideas for food prep boxes... So far I'm eating rotisserie chicken and spinach, beef and green beans , turkey and broccoli ... But struggle for breakfast ideas since eggs do not sit well... I've been doing bacon or smoked sausage or triple zero yogurt and blueberries .
A lot of food prep ideas I see online are including sweet potatoes, quinoa, or whole grain rice so NO on the carbs , and are to high calorie for me .

you can eat almost anything for breakfast as long as your brain can handle it. I've begin eating leftover meats this week as a fullness test. i was eating kroger brand carbmaster yogurt which is only 60 calories but wanted to test eating meat instead.
Today I'm having sirloin and my decaf coffee after
I also like the oikos triple zero
You could do a mexican plate... layer some beans, meat, cheese and salsa in a small bowl, then bring a side with some sour cream/guac/lettuce?
This looks good to me, and since we have zucchini in our garden I plan on making this soon... succhini lasagna rolls
Stir fry some chicken with veggies?
I'm not entirely sure what food prep trays are though... so these may or may not work!

You can have lunch and dinner foods for breakfast. If it's protein forward, it's good to eat anytime. Its unconventional maybe, but we do have unconventional guts.
That being said, what about bacon? Or breakfast sausage with a slice of cheese on top?

I usually cook once a day a small steak or pork steak. These I constantly scour the grocery stores for the manager's specials. I won't pay more than 2 or 3 $ for my steaks that way. Then I put them in the freezer until it is time to use them. I then cut it up and weigh and measure out in 1 oz servings. I was using the snack baggies but today at the $ store found perfect 1 oz containers and have about 12. Only wished I had grabbed more!
I usually eat shrimp, dak ham (which I can usually get down easily even if my pouch is having a day), and the above on a daily basis. Also have yogurt broken down in 1/4 cup servings if I still need to add protein for the day and am struggling it is there to save the day! Trying to eat most of my protein and have occasional shakes. I also drink about 100 oz of water a day. I break everything in 1 oz servings so I can eat 1 oz or 3 depending on my whiney pouch.
Breakfast is one of the above.
I guess it depends on your nutritionist and the meal plan they gave you. I'm 2 months out now and am still on protein shakes for Breakfast and lunch and am eating actual food only for dinner. Pinterest may have some good ideas though. I find a lot through there.

If I do food for breakfast and not just tea/coffee/protein shake... then it has to be a non traditional breakfast food. I love eggs but they don't hold me in the morning. Favorite is steak. usually leftover and eaten room temp, or chicken salad or something like that....
