What's On Your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
It's okay AV, I talk about food all the time too. Food is still a big focus of my life, since I have to think about it and plan everything I eat. When I was SMO, I thought about food a little differently, but not much. Maybe I'm doing it wrong, but now my focus on food is to find the yummiest things that I can fit into my plan. It's a challenge for me, and it allows me to keep a healthier relationship with food. I get satisfaction when I have a day where I ate well, felt satisfied and stayed within my macros.
Now, I will admit openly I was weak this morning and bought a 10 pack of Timbits (donut holes) at the drive thru when I got my coffee. I ate 2 Honey Dip Timbits and left the rest out for everyone else. I told them I could have just ordered 2 Timbits (they are 20 cents a piece) but if I was going down, I was taking the rest of them down with me! I logged them, and you'll be surprised at my totals for today.
KQOTD: I have 2 brothers, one older and one younger. My older brother is 13 months older than I, and we grew up with the same friends, and even have some of the same friends now in our 40s. My younger brother is 3 years younger than I, he just turned 40 this year. My older brother works for one of the Big 3 car companies and has 4 daughters. My younger brother lives in Seattle and just left his job as a restaurant manager to go work for Amazon. He's been with the same girlfriend for 8 years and I keep bugging them about getting married. They do not plan to have children, even though she is only 28. I love my brothers, and while my older brother and I have a lot of the same friends from our neighborhood, we are very different people. Now, I'm the middle child, and the only girl, so this gives me a unique perspective, I kinda got the middle child thing, but I think it was cancelled out by the only girl thing.
My 11 months surgiversary is coming up and while my scale this weekend was kind, I think my recent party night has my water weight way up. I'm up like 3 pounds from the weekend. I will be chugging my liquids all day to try to get some of this out of me.

Good Morning! Preach it sistah!
QOTD: I have one sister, she's 2 years older than me and we enjoyed one year of high school together-I am sure she loved having her little freshman sister hanging around :) She has worked in childcare, from daycare, Headstart and just recently with the district teaching preschool kids with special needs. She has a heart of gold and I love her to pieces (now that we are older and she doesn't beat me up LOL).

Isn't it funny how you can create a new relationship with your sibling when you both "mature"? LOL My brother and I didn't necessarily run in the same circles or even talk to each other that much when we were younger, but now he's my best buddy!
OMG-- the 'more you know thing' took me back--- way back. I miss after school specials-- remember those?? Yesterday was fun and scary at the same time.
Its an interesting experience being on a river seeing nothing bu****er and woods around you-- with no other human in sight. While I know I'm in the northeast, and its unlikely-- i was paranoid about crocodiles LOL! And bears- the area I was in is known for bears mulling about. But we made it-- all six miles!
QOTD- I'm the baby of the family- I have 3 sisters (1 '1/2' sister) and 6 brothers (2 are '1/2' brothers).
