AV & menu gang, HAPPY MONDAY!!!!! Had a wonderful weekend and its a four day week here in Canada, Friday is our "Canada Day" stat holiday, really looking forward to a 4 day week!. Summer has arrived, its sunny, hot and beautiful here and every weekend is booked with something fun, I love summer! Nice you got to spend time with your Dad AV just hanging out, I bet he loved it. You dinner sounds yummy!!!!!!!!!!
QOTD: just a piece? Hell give me the whole pan!! Kidding!!! That would have been me pre surgery. But if I had to choose I would say side.

B: tuna with balsamic dressing with handful of homemade trail mix (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, dried soy beans, dried chickpeas, hemp hearts)

S: four pieces of turkey kielbasa
D: grilled Angus STEAK!!!
S: 1/2 Mission 1 protein bar
TOTALS: 947 calories, 124 protein, 31 carbs, 41 fat
V/W: vits are done, coffee/tea/lots of ice water with lime wedge's
E: 5km on treadmill at gym after work, walk with the pups later in the evening when it cools off a bit
Hey Gang, its JULY on Friday!!! Where is the time going??? We are all going to be complaining we are cold soon and bringing out our Fall wardrobes!!!

Good Morning! Glad you got to spend some time with your dad after you finished up the business was taken care of. Not much for me this weekend which is nice sometimes. I did get my hair trimmed up. It's going to be HOT here this week so I will be staying inside in the AC as much as possible.

S: SF latte, Strawberry cheesecake L&F Greek yogurt, pork rinds and turkey jerky sticks
D: Albacore tuna and baby carrots with cilantro avocado dressing, SF jello
E: 45 mins stationary stepper this morning and elliptical at lunch
V/W: On track

Good morning everyone. I could eat a tray of brownies. I am not thinking about them right now. Trying not to.
B:Coffee/ yogurt with strawberries and some banana

S:Not sure maybe a protein bar.
Vitamins are in 4 mile walk is done. Water is making it's way down. I need to make sure I am drinking enough. I felt sick to my stomach this morning. I am pretty sure that was why.

I'm checking out of work early today for my birthday. I wanted to go get my nails done and look around at Sephora-- but instead I promised to take the boys canoeing. I'm pretty nervous about it actually-- I have Gillian's island type fears lol
