What's On Your Monday Menu, RNYers?
Hi
Saturday we went to DH's parents house, made it to TRADER JOES on the way home for chili lime chicken patty (thanks to whomever recommended them, they are awesome), mahi mahi patties, and turkey patties. They also have this chili bean dip that is amazing on the patties. only 15 calories for a tablespoon.
sunday I went grocery shopping, bought a couple shirts in size SMALL! They were stretchy so I'm sure I still a medium- lol. I also worked on the curtains for the camper. i found in my fabric stash some vintage fabric and a set of vintage curtains with pinch pleats at the top and I am cutting them down to make the 6 camper window curtains.
been slightly slacking on jogging lately, it is really hot out here so having trouble making myself go.

Yes the chili lime patties are awesome, and usually chicken burgers aren't that great. Try them with a little sliced avocado on them. Yummy.
Yay for smalls! I am a medium/size 8 but I say my outlier size is 6/small... rarely need a large in something. This week I actually bout an x-small T-shirt off Kohls clearance rack.

Nope! I'm an administrator for a large network of inner city charter schools across the state. I am actually busier in the summer when kids are out of the buildings-- so that I can focus the principals on facilities upgrades and revamp safety and security procedures...and other stuff... School has been out for less than a week and I'm already panicking about how little time I have left, this summer to get everything done! I'll actually get to relax a little when school starts, oddly!
