What's On Your Monday Menu, RNYers?
Good Morning all! I had to make an emergency trip downstate this weekend to help my Dad with some banking stuff, which accounts for my absence on Friday. He's kind of off the grid; he doesn't drive, has no computer/internet, etc., so that makes any kind of transaction difficult these days. I made some phone calls, did some paperwork and used the local library for my printing and faxing needs. LOL Once that was all taken care of, I enjoyed a lovely warm weekend just hanging out. What did everyone else do this weekend?
QOTD! Let's talk brownies. LOL Are you a corner piece person, a edge/side piece person, or a middle piece person? I am a side piece person. (heh, side piece.) I like the crunchy part, but I like the center, too. Best of both worlds!

Good Morning Kristen and Everyone!
I had a great weekend! We had a party to celebrate my daughter's college graduation and my 60th Birthday at a local lake / park. Almost every member of our large family was able to attend! It was Pot Luck and we brought a meat & cheese tray and a cake (which looked delicious but I didn't eat any). We had a lot of fun, good food and great company!
QOTD: Brownies - WTH, we can't eat brownies! Anyway, when I could eat brownies, I liked the center ones that were gooey all around.
Yesterday I ate: a protein drink, a Clif protein bar, pulled pork, some meat and cheese slices, a couple little smokies, and a Power protein bar.... and NO CAKE!
Have a wonderful day everyone!

He's going to be big I think haha. Sunday I worked 12 hours OT at the hospital.
