I've lost some of my support team
My advice is to make one change at a time. You have a lot to deal with right now. How about something like this? For the first change, you work on measuring your food and eating your protein first. Nothing else until your protein is eaten. Then if you have room, you can have a portion of vegetables.
Once you give yourself a few days of that, then you could work on another change, such as setting aside 30 minutes a day to work on your business plan.
If you try to change everything at once , you will be overwhelmed.
My condolences on your father's death. Part of your current struggle is probably tied to your grief. Grieving someone is a one-step-forward, two-steps-back process. It's helpful for me to go to a grief group. I try to remind myself that whatever answer I am looking for will not be found in a bag of chips, etc.
Best wishes. You can do this.

Someone mentioned eating protein earlier. That would mean no protein shakes. Secret: I have been doing the protein shake since the surgery. Even before with the pre op diet. So it's been about 4 years ago. I tried once to not drink it in the morning; but after 4 years, I can't not drink it. I'm afraid I'll go crazy and eat stuff. I'd like to start eating meat or an egg but wow I couldn't believe it when I tried to go without it. I'm pretty OCD and maybe that's just part of the routine thing. It's something I have to work on.
I'm sorry that you're struggling. Sounds like you've had a lot of stressors in your life.
My eating disorders therapist recommended "The Food & Feelings Workbook" by Karen R. Koenig. I'm a binge/mindless eater too, and it forced me to sit and write down my feelings about food. Might be something to help you.
Our relationships towards food are so destructive. It never is going to be easy for me. I hope you find a way back to taking care of YOU. You deserve it.
