What's on Your Sunday Menu, RNYers?
QOTD: Lazy weekend mornings=sleeping in, coffee, lounging in bed, talking with hubs for a couple of hours before we start our day. We also check our emails, facebook..all that interwebz stuff people do.
Time since surgery: 3+ years
Yesterday I ended up at 1013 calories, 93 gr protein, 57 gr carbs, 50 gr fat. Gotta get my carbs under control. The last two days, I had a whole protein bar as a snack. I need to rein that in.
Yesterday's menu:
B: coffee, Splenda, half & half , Stonyfield Farms Greek yogurt w/ 1/2 a scoop of Isopure Zero Carb vanilla protein powder....and more Lilly's chocolate chips. They're good...sigh.
L: Went out. Bojangles roasted chicken bites. Hubs helped me eat them...they gave me like twice as much as they should have.
D: chicken thighs in a homemade lemon pepper sauce, and a package of fresh mozzarella snacks
S: the dreaded ANSI protein bar...
Today:
B: coffee with the usual stuff, banana cream yogurt and 2TBSP powdered PB. Yay, no chocolate chips!
L: pepperoni and sliced cheddar cheese
D: chicken breast, shredded cheddah, and sour cream " taco-less taco bowl"
Today I'll end up with 960 cals, 78 gr protein, 29 gr carbs, 57 gr fat.
