You won't dump on cheese. Dumping is caused by eating too much sugar or very starchy foods. If you don't eat sugary foods, you won't dump. There are things that can cause gastric distress like fatty foods, sugar alcohols, eating too fast, taking bites that are too big, or not chewing enough, but it's not the same as dumping.
Exactly what Rocky said.

I eat fruit and have not had any issues with dumping. Fruit has helped a ton with my constipation issues. I just don't over do it and I count the calories.

Stick to what your Nutritionist and or Doctor has planned out for you.
Now that that has been covered, honestly I wont stick 100% to their plan. You gotta do what you are comfortable with. You know you cant go back to high greasy fat foods. You know you cant go back to high fat and high sugar foods. Be smart in the foods you are putting in your body. You have a limited amount of space. Don't try to fill it with things that aren't going to nouri**** and give you the Protein and vitamins you need. My plan says I can have Wheat bread and certain starches. Heck no. I get its ok but I'm not going to put that in my body when i can put protein and veggies in what little space I have. ALWAYS measure ALWAYS count your calories. NEVER drink 30 minutes before, during and 30 minutes after. Don't eat fast , stay away from the high fat, high sugary foods and you shouldn't dump.
