QOTD: total toss up between shrimp, chicken breast, turkey burger or filet mignon. If I could afford it then it would be steak all day every day but I can't afford it so then I would say shrimp is 1st, I love it and 4-5 shrimp fill me up, its easy to eat, portable to take to work and yummy!
Pics today are: 1. bracelet my boss got me for my bday, I just love it, it can be dressed up or dressed down. 1. book my best girlfriend got me for my bday, its about all the negative self talk, which I do alot, its something her & I share in common. 3. My boss put this snack down on my desk this morning, its dangerously delicious!! I had about four coconut "chips" and I will have to give the bag away the are just too good!! LOL LOL
Time Since surgery: 2 yrs + 7 months
B: tuna with balsamic dressing + a handful of my own trail mix I created: sunflower seeds/dried soy beans/dried chick peas/hemp hearts. It totally satisfies my "crunch" factor so since I don't do Croutons on salad anymore I throw a handful of this, its yummy
L: I have two farewell pot luck lunches for co workers to go to, I will eat cheese, meatballs & tiny bit of fruit if I have room
S: 1/2 cup of my "trail mix" I created above - got all of this stuff at the Bulk Barn!
D: Going out with hubby to our fav place for Date night Friday... will be either a chicken skewer or half a burger (no bun)
S: SHRIMP!! & ****tail sauce 1/2 mission 1 protein bar
TOTALS: 921 calories, 112 protein, 42 carbs, 38 fat
V/W: vits done, calcium chews on alarms, coffee, Tevanna Peach tea, ice water with a wedge of lime
E: quick 15-20 minute walk around the block after my lunch for fresh air and some sunshine, hike the dogs later tonight when I get home from dinner/running errands

Mmm coconut chips! I keep a bag of the cocoa dusted ones around in case of a chocolate emergency :)
