Great dress, you look so pretty! Have fun shopping for the camper stuff, sounds so fun, shopping that is not camping, I am not a camper type person! LOL
Hi All - it's been a while and I'm feeling the affects of not staying connected here. My weight loss is still progressing but seems to slow as I've had some old snacking behaviors sneak in. Not overeating, but eating the wrong things (carbs). So, I'm trying to refocus!
QOTD: beef jerky - love it!
6 months post op
B: EAS Advantedge shake, miniBabybel light
Snack: 1/2 donut (see!!) and light string cheese
L: EAS shake
S: Elli Quark (has anyone else tried this- LOVE IT!)
D: Lightly breaded chicken breast, smoked gouda

I'm so glad its Friday. I did not believe I was gonna survive this week but I did and I didn't fall off the rails. Super big win for this stress eater.
My 2 1/2 year old has started with some separation anxiety as well. We just try to ignore it and act happy to get her through it as quick as possible. I know its a phase and since I worked in a daycare when I was a teen I know it's mostly a show for Mommies. They truly are usually fine in a minute or two after you leave if they are redirected to an activity.
QOTD: Steak with a little dill dipping sauce
Time Since Surgery: 6 Months
B: Double Scoop Unjury Shake
S: last of Chicken Enchilada insides (however there was only two pieces of chicken left) and refried beans
L: Shrimp with ****tail Sauce and some Cucumbers
D: Chicken and Veggie Kabobs
S: Unjury Shake. Definitely need to get this in given the lack of chicken in my morning snack.

It is hard when they are little...as much as my grandson loves me, he's just 3, the meltdowns happen when he wants Mommy and only mommy.
Got home from my trip to Chicago at 4am this morning. Yes I am crazy. The appeal of my own bed always outweighs the idea of waking up and then driving through NYC. A cup of Sheetz house blend coffee helps. That stuff is rocket fuel.
Deanna an idea for Tim Hortons - I went there on my trip out. I ordered the breakfast sandwich I think it was sausage egg cheese no bread and told them to put the cheese in between the meats. It was great.
As I always say the scale is a fickle friend... For all my complaining about going the wrong direction on this trip, I am down the 5lbs I was complaining about in 2 days. What my body's problem was I don't know...
Speaking of protein I tried something on the road trip- at the rest stop there was a Mcdonalds...so I asked them for 2 pieces of the grilled chicken they put on salads. That is it. They only charged me $4. nice. I really only needed one piece, but wasn't sure how big they'd be... the only problem was with out salad and dressing to cover it, it was kinda of interesting chicken-ish meat.... but dense. :) The second piece didn't seem cooked enough, so didn't want to take a chance on that.
My favorite protein for awhile has been the petitie sirloin steaks from Target. I stock up when they have them on sale. Plus my 5% card discount. I like them because one is perfect, and I don't particularly like leftover steak, unless I eat it cold. Reheated it get s too rubbery.
This is what 6:30am looked like when I met LadyTazz at O'hare airport. Her short purple hair looks awesome on her... so nice talking to a vet who has been doing maintenance a long time.
B: Tea, protein drink
S: eggs
L: tuna
S: Kirkland Protein Bar
D: Petitie Sirloin steak from target
S: PB on spoon.
Ex: 21 day fix
Trying to stick with all meat critter version today... also not going shopping so I can pull from freezer and pantry :)

Glad you are home safe and back to your routine. Get some rest, that drive must have been hard. I love the Sheetz coffee too!!
