What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
Good morning! It's overcast and gloomy this morning here in CNY, which matches perfectly with my mood. Sorry to Grim and any guys that may lurk, but PMS is making me one hangry, cranky ***** My language on this morning's commute was particularly salty and everyone here in the office is ******g me off. It's not even 8am. LOL I just keep telling myself "this, too, shall pass".
QOTD! So, even though I was driving angry this morning, I was flipping stations when I heard my jam: Fergalicious. LMAO I know all the words and I will rock that **** whenever and wherever I hear it. I don't care who's around. I also rock Christina Aguilera's Dirrty and Kanye's Golddigger. HA! Betcha didn't expect that. So, what's your (secret) jam?
Time since surgery: 23+ months
B: coffee, slice of honey 7 grain toast with a LC wedge and a HB egg
S: 1 oz. dry roasted peanuts with 15 gms of dried cranberries. And yes, I weighed that ****
L: shrimp with the rest of the redneck remoulade
D: whole egg/egg white cheddar omelet with ham
TOTALS: Cals: 886 Protein: 72 Carbs: 45 Fat: 44
This menu is kind of dismal, but it's the best I can do today.
Gonna be miserable hot here in Illinois today so Lily and I got up at 5 stinking am for our walk. We got our 3.2 miles in and I will also do 30 minutes on the bike at some point today. Post op about 46 months and weight at 118.4 today. This heat just really takes my appetite away and food just doesn't even taste good so my menu is probably dismal too. Here's the plan B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 1 c ham and beans D 31/2 oz chicken straps with 1/2 c lettuce mix and a bit of blue cheese dressing S Pure protein protein bar. I sing along to just about every song I hear on the radio and it drives my hubby totally insane! Have a great day everyone and make some amazing choices!
QOTD: Secret jam?? hhmmm most of my jams are not secret, I have no shame when it comes to music!! My husband was pretty surprised that I know almost all of Eminem's old school songs! lol

M2: Oatmeal with died cranberries, apples & pumpkin seeds (oatmeal carbs are much better than say...ice cream or candy bar carbs....right??!?!?? )

ETA: I am wearing my new Lularoe dress I won in a contest, I love it!! It has pockets and is just so cute! The top is black with a paisley pattern embossed on it, and the bottom half is neon lime green with black stripes!!

Good morning. Sorry you are feeling so yucky. It's a gorgeous sunny day in Boston, school ended yesterday, and I get to spend the morning with Grim, so I'm just not able to get cranky in solidarity...sorry!
QOTD: If anyone watches Orange is the New Black, the first episode of this season ended up with an amazing ballad called, "Mother ****** got ****** Up". Grim and I have it memorized and are learning to harmonize. It's hysterical.
We are running errands for my schools in his big ass pick up truck so we are on the road! Started the day with protein coffee and ham, but I'm not sure what comes next!
