I'm totally with you on the accountability front. I am up a few pounds from my lowest, too. I'm still well under goal, but it's a bad pattern. I am exactly 11 months post-op (yesterday) and it could start going badly if I don't pay closer attention to what I am doing.

It started getting much harder for me just after the one year mark.

Morning AV, no HP for me so my puppies! I have two Bull Mastiff "pups". Chloe just turned 2 and Stella is 7 months! Both are cutie patuties, but can also be little trouble makers. Yesterday morning they decided to chew one of my flip flops, NOT IMPRESSED!
EATS TODAY:
B - greek yogurt with blueberries
S - Protini - chicken skewers (comes with Sweet Chili dipping sauce but too many carbs, so wont eat it - included in totals though so they're a little off)
L - tuna on melba toast, 2 ****tail tomatoes
S - deli turkey with old cheddar
D - 3 oz cheddar/bacon sausage
S - 1/2 Premier Protein RTD
Totals - Cal 812, Carbs 56, Protein 80
