Rewards
Yeap. Plastic surgeries.
I saved during weight loss so I could afford plastics once I lost my weight. Every $10 counts...

I'm booked our first cruise in anticipation of losing 100lbs by January, and for being smoke free for over a year by then
Of course, there are 6 months between today and my sail date, but despite the snail's pace I seem to be losing weight at now, I anticipate SUCCESS!!!

One previous poster used to reward herself with a new charm for her Pandora bracelet for every 20 lbs lost. I always thought that was a great idea.
Gigolos and blow were my go-to rewards (just kidding). I treated myself to an annual subscription to Headspace, but I don't think it was for any particular milestone. Massages and facials are always great. It's about pampering yourself and taking time to relax, at least for me.

I had to laugh when I read your post. I've gone WAY to overboard with rewards, however I realized IM TOTALLY WORTH IT!!!!!! In the 11 months since surgery I bought a new car, boat loads of shoes (no lie) and clothes OMG my husband is like WTH. I got hair extensions, next week I'm getting novalash eyelash extensions. Eventually I will do plastics.
