I am 8 years post op. At goal. I would never - NEVER drink that much sugar..Or carbs.
I have days that I don't get 14 gr of sugar in a whole day...

No protein? Then I vote no. Plus be careful of sugary drinks. I am 3 years out and only drink water, crystal light (1 glass), and decaf coffee (2 cups in am). Water is your friend. Don't add sugary drinks back into your diet.

Wayyyyyyyyyyyy to many carbs and sugar! I rarely have that much in a day, never mind in one 8 oz drink! Goodness! My daughters made my hubby a cake for Father's day, and let me tell ya, it had 77g carbs, and 53g sugar! OMG! I couldn't believe it. Death by chocolate...I said NO THANK YOU! :) I stay away from sugar and carbs for the most part. It helps with your weight loss at this point.
